Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUNDON CENTRAL AVENUE IN THE RIGHT LANE WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND BEGUN TO SPIN. THE VEHICLE THEN CROSSED ALL TRAFFIC LANES AND JUMPED THE CURB, COLLIDING WITH SEVEN CARS ON A USED CAR LOT PARKING LOT.
