Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 5 NORTH. THE PASSENGER OF V-1 FELL FROM THE CARGO/TRUCK BED AREA OF V-1 INTO THE HIGHWAY. THE DRIVER OF V-1 LEFT THE SCENE AND HAS BEEN UNIDENTIFIED AT CURRENT TIME. THE PASSENGER OF V-1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER NEIGHBORS AT APPROXIMATELY 3:26AM.
