Initial Narrative     AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN INTO THE WHITE RIVER FOODS OFF SH-16. V-2 ATTEMPTED TO PASS THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE AND STRUCK V-1 HEAD-ON. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
