Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS RIDING A BICYCLE SOUTHBOUND ON AIRPARK ROAD WHEN SHE FAILED TO YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC ON US HWY 64B. V1 STRUCK THE VICTIM. THE VICTIM LATER SUCCUMBED TO HER INJURIES AND WAS PRONOUCED BY CROSS COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER MIKE BACHAND. DRIVER V1 KENNETH R MOORE 01/17/1957 324 US HIGHWAY 64B WYNNE AR WAS NOT INJURED.
