DUE TO ICY ROAD CONDITIONS V1 LOST CONTROL AND CROSSED THE SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE EXITING THE WEST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. V1 CAME TO REST WHEN THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VAN STRUCK A TREE.
