Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 49 NORTH OF WEST FORK. V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL ON AN ICY OVERPASS. V1 THEN EXITED THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN COLLIDED WITH A GUARDRAIL AND OVERTURNED. DRIVER OF V1 SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES ON 12/7/2014 AT WASHINGTON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.
