Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON GRAHAM RD. V1 ATTEMPTED TO CROSS A SMALL WOODEN COUNTY BRIDGE WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE AND OVERTURNED INTO THE WATER. THE VICTIM WAS UNABLE TO GET OUT AND DROWNED.
