Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON S FIRST ST WHEN THE OPERATOR FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE TO THE RIGHT ONTO MILITARY RD SPUR. THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY STRIKING A FENCE THEN SUBSEQUENTLY STRIKING A GAS MAIN. V1 BECAME ENGULFED IN FLAMES. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY CORONER NICK DONAHUE.
