Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EAST BOUND ON ACCESS RD. NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF ACCESS RD AND INDUSTRIAL DR. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE CURVE STRUCK A BRIDE RAILING BEGAN TO ROLL STRUCK THE BRIDGE RAILING ON THE I-555 N. BOUND ON RAMP CONTINUED TO ROLL STRUCK THE I-555 N. BOUND ON RAMP'S SOUTH BRIDGE RAILING BEFORE COMING TO REST UPSIDE DOWN ON THE EASTERN BANK OF THE DITCH UNDER THE BRIDGE.
