Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS PASSING ANOTHER MOTORIST WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE AFTER WITNESSES SAID THEY HEARD A LOUD POPPING NOISE. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE MOTORCYCLE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE CORONERS OFFICE.
