Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WB ON US HWY 412 IN THE RIGHT LANE AND V2 WAS FOLLOWING HIM. BOTH DRIVER'S BEGAN CROSSING THE ILLINOIS RIVER BRIDGE. V1 BEGAN TO LOSE CONTROL OF VEHICLE. V1 HIT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BRIDGE AND RICHOCHETED BACK ACROSS BOTH WB LANES OF TRAFFIC, STRIKING V2 IN THE DRIVER'S DOOR. DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED.
