Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON BRAWNER LOOP. V1 STOPPED IN THE ROAD TO PICK UP A GARDEN HOSE NOZZLE. DRIVER OF V1 OPENED THE DOOR AND LEANED OUT TO RETRIEVE THE ITEM THEN FELL OUT. THE CAR ROLLED BACK DOWN THE HILL TRAPPING THE DRIVER BEHIND THE LEFT FRONT TIRE AND DRAGGING HER BACK DOWN THE HILL ABOUT 40 FEET.
