AS BOTH VEHICLES APPROACHED THE TRAFFIC LIGHT V1 FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY AND ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO HIGHWAY 412. V1 TURNED INTO THE PATH OF V2 WHERE THE FRONT OF V2 STRUCK THE PASSENGER SIDE OF V1.
