Initial Narrative     MANNING WAS TRAVELING WB ON SH 28. AN ACCIDENT OCCURRED WHEN V1 EXITED THE ROAD TO THE SOUTH FOR UNKNOWN REASON.V1 TRAVELED THROUGH THE DITCH AND THEN COLLIDED WITH THE FENCE.V1 THEN WENT THROUGH A FIELD AND COLLIDED WITH LARGE TREE BEFORE COMING TO REST.MANNING WAS TRANSPORTED TO ST EDWARDS WHERE HE DIED LATER THAT DAY.
