V-1 PASSED ANOTHER VEHICLE IN A NO PASSING ZONE V-1 THEN STRUCK THE GUARD RAIL ON THE NORTH SHOULDER THEN STRUCK V-2 HEAD-ON IN THE WESTBOUND TRAFFIC LANE OF HWY 70. GARLAND CO. CORONER STUARD SMEDLEY PRONOUNCED THE DRIVER OF V-1 DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
