Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS NB ON HWY 49B IN HIS WHEELCHAIR V-2 NB ON US HWY 49B STRUCK THE WHEELCHAIR. MR SMITH WAS TRASNPORTED TO AMMC WHERE HE WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DEAD BY GREENE CTY CORONER. DRIVER OF V-1'S NAME IS BEING WITHHELD PENDING INVESTIGATION.
