Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON AR HWY 16/NORTH MAPLE STREET AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY AND COLLIDING WITH A TREE NEAR JOYNER DRIVE. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUCED DECEASED ON THE SCENE BY NORTH STAR EMS.
