Initial Narrative     VICTIM WAS WALKING WEST ON MT COMFORT IN THE CENTER OF THE WESTBOUND LANE. DUE TO CONSTRUCTION THERE IS NO SIDEWALK. V-1 STRUCK THE VICTIM AND LEFT THE SCENE. V-2 STRUCK THE VICTIM AS SHE WAS LYING IN THE ROADWAY. VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. ON 1/26/10 THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS LOCATED INTERVIEWED AND ARRESTED. DRIVER OF VEHICLES 1 AND 2 WHO WERE NOT INJURED WERE ROBERT EHRHARDT DOB 7/28/88 OF FAYETTEVILLE AND ASHLEY COHAGAN DOB 1/27/90 OF BENTONVILLE.
