Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EB ON US HWY 412, AND V-2 WAS WB ON US HWY 412. V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE STRIKING V-2 HEAD ON. V-1 WAS FLOWN TO WASHINGTON REGIONAL MED CTR WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD. DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V-2 WERE NOT INJURED.
