Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON US HWY 71 ENTERING A CURVE TO THE LEFT. THE DRIVER OF V1 FAILED TO TURN AT THE CURVE AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. V1 STRUCK A CULVERT WITH IT'S FRONT. AFTER THE POINT OF IMPACT V1 WENT AIRBORNE AND LANDED ON IT'S WHEELS IN THE EAST SIDE DITCH.
