Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON OUACHITA CO. 67. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ONTO THE GRAVEL SHOULDER THEN RE-ENTERED THE ROADWAY AND OVERCORRECTED. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AGAIN AND WENT IN TO THE DITCH AND OVERTURNED. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST UPSIDE DOWN IN THE DITCH.
