Initial Narrative     V1 AND V2 WERE BOTH TRAVELING NORTHBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF U.S. 71. V1 STRUCK V2 IN THE REAR CAUSING V2 TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. V1 THEN LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK A TREE THEN CAUGHT ON FIRE.
