Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING EB ON HWY 376 APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION AT OLD WIRE RD. V-2 FAILED TO STOP AND PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF V01 CAUSING V-2 TO LAND IN A DITCH AND BURST INTO FLAMES. DRIVER OF V-2 WAS TAKEN TO OUACHITA MEDICAL CTR THEN TRANSPORTED TO UAMS WHERE HE DIED 3 HOURS LATER. DRIVER OF V-1 WAS NOT INJURED
