Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 46 SOUTH IN FRONT OF V3. V-1 ENTERED ONTO THE BRIDGE AND LOST CONTROL ON THE ICE. V-1 STRUCK THE BRIDGE SEVERAL TIMES THEN STRUCK V-2 WHICH WAS NORTHBOUND ON THE HWY 46 BRIDGE. V-3 WAS BEHIND V-1 AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND HIT V-2 HEADON AFTER V-1 STRUCK V-2
