Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE LANE ON SOUTH AVALON STREET. V1 CROSSED ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC ENTERING THE NORTHBOUND-OUTSIDE LANE AND STRUCK THE CURB. V1 OVERTURNED AND SLID ON ITS LEFT SIDE TO A STOP IN THE NORTHBOUND OUTSIDE LANE OF TRAFFIC.
