Initial Narrative     THE PASSENGER WAS RIDING ON THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER NOTICED RUTS IN THE ROAD AND ATTEMPTED TO SLOW DOWN. WHEN THE DRIVER BRAKED THE PASSENGER FELL FORWARD OFF OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS RAN OVER. THE PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. THE DRIVER WAS NOT INJURED AND UNKNOWN IF SEAT BELT WAS IN USE: DAVID ENOCH 06/02/95 50 GRANT 66 SHERIDAN.
