Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 138 AS IT WAS CROSSING UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 65. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 65. V1 FAILED TO YIELD TO V2 RESULTING IN A VIOLENT COLLISION IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 65. AFTER IMPACT THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS THROWN OFF THE ATV.
