Initial Narrative     V1 RAN OFF OF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT TRAVELED THROUGH THE DITCH AND IMPACTED A DRIVEWAY WITH THE FRONT PORTION OF THE VEHICLE. THE IMPACT CAUSED V1 TO TRAVEL AIRBORNE BEFORE MAKING A SECOND IMPACT WITH A CULVERT OF ANOTHER DRIVEWAY.
