Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TAKING THE SPRINGHILL EXIT AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED WHEN HE FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND WENT OFF THE ROAD. HE THEN OVERTURNED AND LANDED UPSIDE DOWN IN A BODY OF WATER. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
