Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTH ON I-540 IN THE FAST LANE. V2 WAS NORTH ON I-540 IN THE SLOW LANE NEXT TO V1. DRIVER OF V2 LOST CONTROL AND WENT UNDER THE REAR AXLES OF V1. BOTH VEHICLES CAUGHT ON FIRE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE AND THE PASSENGER WAS TRANSPORTED TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. DRIVER OF V1 E.E. COOPER 06/17/1950 OF 402 NORHT 10TH ST PARIS WAS NOT INJURED AND WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT.
