Initial Narrative     THE PEDESTRIAN WAS CROSSING HWY 71B FROM WEST TO EAST. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS IN THE CURVE AND NOT IN A MARKED CROSSWALK. V-1 WAS IN THE OUTSIDE LANE TRAVELING NORTH ON 71B WHEN V-1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN.
