Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 9 NEAR BIRDTOWN. V1 EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 THEN TRAVELED DOWN THE DITCH AND IMPACTED A CULVERT WITH THE FRONT OF V1. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST ON TOP OF THE CULVERT FACING SOUTH.
