Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON U.S. HIGHWAY 67 IN THE AREA OF THE 32-MILE MARKER. THE OPERATOR OF V1 CHANGED LANES EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND ENTERED THE MEDIAN. V1 THEN BEGAN TO OVERTURN AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED.
