Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 67 NEAR CORNING AR. V1 VEERING SLIGHTLY LEFT TRAVELED ACROSS BOTH NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND LANES LEAVING THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER. AFTER LEAVING THE ROADWAY V1 TRAVELED INTO A WATER-FILLED DITCH BEFORE IMPACTING A METAL CULVERT AT US HIGHWAY 67 AND CLAY 1412 ROAD.
