Initial Narrative     DRIVER-1 OF VEHICLE-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON THE 2800 BLOCK OF BARBER ST. DRIVER-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK A TREE. DRIVER-1 AND PASSENGER-1 WERE TRANSPORTED TO LOCAL HOSPITALS FOR TREATMENT. DRIVER-1 SUCCUMBED FROM THEIR INJURIES. PASSENGER-1 SUSTAINED NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES.
