Initial Narrative     BARLEY WAS TRAVELING WEST ON SH-8 WITH A GROUP OF MOTORCYCLES WHEN HE FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. HE THEN RAN OFF ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND INTO A DITCH COLLIDING WITH A CULVERT. HE WAS AIRLIFTED TO UAMS HOSPITAL AND LATER DIED FROM HIS INJURIES.
