Initial Narrative     VICTIM WAS WALKING NORTHBOUND ON THE EAST SIDE OF HWY 45 COLLECTING TRASH. THE CHEVY PK DRIVEN BY CHRISTINA WILLIAMS WAS TRAVELING NB ON HWY 45. WILLIAMS DROPPED FOOD INTO HER LAP AND LOOKED DOWN TO RETREIVE IT AND THE VEHICLE STRUCK THE VICTIM PROPELLING HER INTO DITCH. WILLIAMS THEN SWERVED INTO THE DITCH ON THE EAST SIDE OF HWY 45. SALAZAR WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE SHE DIED.
