Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON SH 92 AND NEGOTIATING A CURVE TO HIS LEFT. V1 TRAVELED OFF OF THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND STRUCK A CULVERT. V1 THEN OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED AS THE VEHICLE OVERTURNED.
