Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTH ON I540. DRIVER LOST CONTROL, STRUCK THE INSIDE RETAINER WALL, AND THEN TRAVELLED EAST ACROSS THE NORTHBOUND LANES WHERE IT APPEARS V1 STRUCK THE 2 PEDESTRIANS. IT'S STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION WHETHER V1 STRUCK THEM. BOTH BODIES WERE RECOVERED UNDER THE BRIDGE. PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY THE CORONER. DRIVER, CLARENCE BURNETT, 05/08/27, OF 117 BROWN ST, CHESTER, WAS NOT INJURED. UNKNOWN IF HE WAS WEARING A SEATBELT.
