Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EB I-40 TAKING THE 67 NB EXIT WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE IN THE CURVE. HE RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK A BRIDGE. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD BY THE E.R. STAFF.
