Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING W. ON HWY 355 DRIVER OF V-1 LOST CONTROL DROVE OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HWY AND REENTERED THE HWY FACING NORTH. V-2 WAS EASTBOUND AND STRUCK V-1 IN THE DRIVER SIDE. VICTIM WAS PROUNOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY HEMP. CO CORONER BEN BRAZZEL AT 6:30AM. DRIVER OF V-2 WHO WAS NOT INJURED WAS RUSSELL YOUNG DOB/101859 OF SARATOGA AR.
