Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON I-40 V-1 HAD SOME TIRES BLOW OUT AND LOST CONTROL. V-1 OVERTURNED THREE TIMES AND CAME TO FINAL REST IN THE MEDIAN. THE DRIVER OF V-1 AND PASSENGER OF V-1 GABRIEL MOSES WERE BOTH EJECTED. GABRIEL MOSES WAS IN A CHILD CAR-SEAT.
