Initial Narrative     V1 WAS LYING ON PASSENGER SIDE BLOCKING THE RIGHT LANE OF TRAFFIC FROM A PREVIOUS CRASH WITH THE DRIVER TRAPPED INSIDE. PEDESTRIAN PARKED ON SHOULDER EXITED HIS VEH PARKED ON SHOULDER TO ASSIST V1.V2 WAS TRAVELING NB IN THE RIGHT LANE AND STRUCK V1 AND THE PEDESTRIAN.
