Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON I-30. V-1 LOST CONTROL LEAVING THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND OVERTURNED MULTIPLE TIMES STRIKING MULTIPLE TREES. THE BACKSEAT PASSENGER OF V-1 WAS EJECTED. ANDRES CASAREZ WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY THE HOT SPRING COUNTY CORNER.
