Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS WALKING SOUTH ON CARAWAY RD IN THE NORTH BOUND LANE WHILE THE VEH WAS ALSO TRAVELING NORTH BOUND AND HIT MR. MCADAMS DRAGGING HIM APPROX. 98 FEET. THE UNKOWN VEH KEEP GOING AND NEVER STOPPED. JEREMY MCADAMS WAS PRONOUCED DECEASE ON SCENE BY CORONOR TOBY EMERSON IN JONESBORO. SUSPECT SCOTT GREENHAW 101174 OF CHERRY VALLEY CROSS DRIVER OF VEH1 WAS ARRESTED LATER. HE WAS DRIVING A 1999 GMC JIMMY.
