Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 270. V1 ENTERED THE CENTER TURN LANE WHEN THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSED THE HIGHWAY INTO THE PATH OF V1. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS THEN STRUCK BY V1. GARLAND COUNTY CORONER STUART SMEDLEY PRONOUNCED THE PEDESTRIAN AT THE SCENE.
