Initial Narrative     ARKANSAS STATE POLICE TROOPER PORTER ATTEMPTED TO STOP A BLACK SPORT MOTORCYCLE (V1) ON GRAND AVE NEAR I 540. V1 WAS FLEEING AS HE APPROACHED NORTH WALDRON RD. V1 HAD A RED LIGHT AND ENTERED THE INTERSECTION WHERE IT STRUCK V2 IN THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE VICTIM SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES ON SCENE.
