Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON LACEY NEW HOPE ROAD WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND ENTERED INTO THE WESTBOUND ROAD DITCH STRIKING A TREE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE VEHICLE THEN TURNED AND STRUCK ANOTHER TREE HEAD ON AND CAME TO FINAL REST.
