V-1 ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A LANE CHANGE WHEN THE TRACTOR TRAILER'S RIGHT FRONT TIRE COLLIDED WITH V-2'S LEFT REAR. V-2 ROLLED DOWN THE EMBANKMENT AND RESTED ON ITS TOP. THE DRIVER OF V-2 JOHN W.
