Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 8 WHEN A DEER RAN OUT INTO THE ROAD. THE MOTORCYCLE STRUCK THE DEER AND THE DRIVER WAS THROWN FROM THE MOTORCYCLE. THE DRIVER WAS NOT WEARING A HELMET. THE DRIVER EXPIRED AT 12:34A.M. AT ST. JOSEPH'S REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, HOT SPRINGS, AR.
